本ｂｌｏｇで協賛しているひみ里山くらぶでは、2020年2月20日から３月19日まで、ＮＧＯ_ＮＩＣＥ（日本国際ワークキャンプセンター）と連携し、国際ワークキャンプを実施。
３月上旬、速川地域の人々が、国際ワークキャンプに参加している１８歳から２５歳の若者５名を速川地区を案内しました。
なお、少人数で氷見ディープ体験を希望の方は、ご連絡下さい。
３６５日、毎日何かしらある氷見の里山をご案内いたします。
若者の速川巡りの感想レポートです。

干し芋作りでお世話になった速川地区で、夫婦滝、神の間滝と、万葉集の研究にも携わっておられる、中西進先生の数々の石碑を見学しました。

夫婦滝では大きな二条の滝が流れているのを、夫婦と名付けたところが凄く趣があるなぁと思いました。

自然が豊富な富山は、万葉集の大伴家持ゆかりの地とされています。
たくさんの自然とそれを先人から受け継ぎ守っていこうとすることの難しさまたその美しさを感じれたような気がしました。

International volunteer member visit to Hayakawa area.
We helped them to making local people’s Specialty products, dried sweet potatoes.
We visited special waterfalls in the forest. And we visited some stone monument of Mr. Susumu Nakanishi who is the scholar about Manyo-shu. Hayakawa area is related to Manyo-shu.
(New Japanese Imperial era “Reiwa” is taken from a verse in the oldest anthology of poems from the 8th century called Manyo-shu, which literally means a collection of ten-thousand leaves.)
( The era period in Japan correlates with reign of each emperor.)
We feel the full of quaint atmosphere about that 2 lines of waterfalls called ‘the couple waterfalls. Toyama prefecture is associated of Manyoshu and the author, Otomo Yakamochi of it.
We touched the beauty of local nature and historical area.
Also, we felt the difficulty of protecting them and telling about this historical place to the future generations.
